I usually make a half a batch unless we are hosting a big crowd. This is half and we always have plenty to eat and share.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 eggs
1 cup solid pack pumpkin puree
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour or cup 4 cup gluten free flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup dried cranberries
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg [i usually add a little bit more because i love it]
1 tablespoon orange zest
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 package chocolate almond bark [or any other type of melting chocolate]
