This week’s menu

Okay, so I’m late again. Richard was off yesterday and we got totally absorbed in finishing out the bookshelf at the end of the new kitchen peninsula.  I’ve got to have a place for all my cookbooks!!

Here’s a look at the chalkboard.  I’m still working on the best way to photograph this board.  I can’t get right in front of where it hangs.

 Sticking to our favorites this week. Sorry no new recipes this week.

Monday: Grilled Chicken and Macaroni & Cheese

Tuesday: White Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Meat Sauce and Spaghetti

Friday: 4th of July, I haven’t totally settled on the menu, but likely burgers

Saturday: Steak Fajitas, My birthday!!

Sunday: Leftovers

I’ll be back tomorrow with the painting of the cabinets post I promised. 😉  Going to finish painting the peninsula today and I’ll take a few more photos.
