This week’s menu includes a hope for warmer, more pleasant weather. My plan is to actually grill outside on Sunday. It’s hard to imagine this can be possible given the ice on the ground currently. Keeping my fingers crossed. 😉

Sunday: Grilled Chicken with Leslie’s BBQ Chicken Rub
