And then that crazy thing happened, that thing that got my family rolling their eyes….
I went outside and cut dead flowers! And worse yet, I put them in a decidedly tacky urn I brought home from Goodwill the day before. The urn I bought with every intention of painting and using as a mini tree stand at Christmas. Ha!
I guess you just never know what might happen when you go into the attic. Or look for something creepy outside.
And of course I say this every time I write about the mantle, those blasted two story windows are torture to photograph around. Grr.
