Menu Plan Monday December 2-8

I hope you all had a beautifully blessed Thanksgiving.  Sorry it was quiet here.  We were enjoying having family here for a nice long visit and it was a great time to step back and relax a little.

And now for this week’s menu.

Here’s a look at this week’s menu chalkboard.

Monday: Leftover Pulled Pork

I realize this was on last week’s menu, but I didn’t get to cook it until Sunday so we had leftovers tonight. I will still make the Pulled Pork Chili one day this week.

Tuesday: Grilled Chicken Nachos

I will most likely use my grill pan and the marinade from the Chicken Lime Quesadillas .

Wednesday: Chili with fritos for the Youth Group

Thursday: White Beans and Rice

Friday:  Chicken Picatta Pasta, a tasty, easy one skillet recipe from Pampered Chef

Saturday: Leftovers

Sunday: Ham and Rice Casserole
This is an old recipe I’ll share next week.

I know I have professed my love for soups here before. It’s what I cook for my own health and enjoyment without any regards to the rest of the families tastes.

I made a Sausage and Lentil soup last week that was fantastic! You must give this hearty and delicious soup a try.

I’ve been busy getting the Christmas decorations up.  Be sure to check back next week for a full Christmas Home Tour.
