Menu Plan Monday, June 10-16

Welcome again to Menu Plan Monday.

Here’s what’s up this week.  A few new recipes and a few family favorites.

If you didn’t stop by last week, then you need to meet my new recipe blog  “Paper Daisy Kitchen”.  I decided to host the recipes on a separate blog and link then up just like the ones I do for recipes off site.  This way you can get a direct link for them for Pinterest and be easily referenced.  Plus, it just makes sense for the recipes to have their own home.

Monday: Curried Grilled Chicken/ Hashbrown Potato Casserole/ Grilled Green Beans

I’ve made this several times and it’s delicious, and just different enough from everyday grilled chicken to make it interesting.

Tuesday: Leftovers, we still have the  Cacciatore I made last week. Yum!

Wednesday: Frito Pie, new recipe from Bev Cooks

Source: Bev Cooks

Thursday: Leftovers / Out, we will be picking up my Dad from the airport

Friday: Fish Tacos / Mexican Street Corn

This recipe for Fish Taco’s is a family favorite. It satisfies the craving for “beach food”. 🙂  My friend recommended the Mexican Street Corn.  Sounds interesting and yummy.

Saturday: The guys are going to see LSU play in the World Series!!!

Sunday : Father’s Day Baby Back Ribs, Coleslaw & Baked beans I just open a can of Bushes because my family likes that! Not me, I’m not a real fan of any kind of baked bean.

I’d love any suggestions or comments on the new site. Obviously it’s still in the infant stages.  I’ll add more photos as I go along. Over the next few weeks, I’ll go back and move the first few weeks of recipes over to Paper Daisy Kitchen.

Have a great week! Eat delicious food!
