Monday: Creamy Pesto Chicken Pasta
Just going to kind of wing this recipe. I made pesto last week that I will mix with a ricotta cream sauce I’ve been working on.
Tuesday: Tortilla Soup
I have a recipe I’ve been making for a few years. I’ll share it next week. I don’t think I’ve made it since last winter.
Wednesday: Church Youth group
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Pastalaya, with Gluten free options
Having a crowd over for a high school Homecoming dinner. Actually, the “date” menu is still being planned, but I’m making Pastalaya for the adults.
Saturday: Out for dinner
Sunday: White Chili
