I did do some menu planning, but never seem to have time to post and then we had another week of traveling to Birmingham for a house hunting trip. It will be a while before I can share the details.
Here’s a look at this week’s menu board.
Monday: French Dip Sandwiches/rice and roasted green beans
I will likely eat this with leftover rice to avoid the gluten. For the rest of the family, I’m going to toast up some frozen Sister Schubert’s rolls. That way the bread will be fresh for leftovers. This is a simply delicious recipe. One that I actually don’t mind using the crock pot for.
Wednesday: White Beans and rice for the youth group at church
Friday: Polenta Pizza, will probably make the crust like this one.
