Spring Woodland Wreath

Touches of spring are still sprouting up around our house and honestly I couldn’t be happier about it.

I created this spring woodland wreath to greet our friends and family as they come through the front door. While it is very understated it definitely feels like something I would see on a hike on the trail just down the road from our house.

The simple, organic, fern and fauna nature ties in perfectly with the look I created for the mantle. (Yes, this is real-life with a puppy in the house.)

I thought the best way to share about how to create this wreath was to create a short video. I’d love for you to watch and see how easy it was to make!

Today I’m joined by a fabulous group of blogging friends who are also sharing their Spring Wreath DIY as part of the Seasonal Simplicity Spring Series! You’re going to love all this springy inspiration…

Beautiful, and great idea to use the moss covered stones for supporting the fern stems! xoxo

What a pretty wreath Leslie! I love that you’ve incorporated ferns. Here in Utah, ferns aren’t native to our landscape and can be a bit hard to keep alive in our dry weather, but I sure love them! It’s so fun participating in this series with you! I’ve pinned your wreath to my favorite wreath board to share with others!
