![A little Thanksgiving treat to share with you today. This recipe is a family favorite and is on the non-negotiable list every year. They are truly fluffy pumpkin clouds with sweetness in every bite and the topped with chocolate. Don’t skip the chocolate!
I’ve been making them gluten free for years and they are still incredibly delicious with the substitution.

I usually make a half a batch unless we are hosting a big crowd. This is half and we always have plenty to eat and share.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 eggs
1 cup solid pack pumpkin puree
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour or cup 4 cup gluten free flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup dried cranberries
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg [i usually add a little bit more because i love it]
1 tablespoon orange zest
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 package chocolate almond bark [or any other type of melting chocolate]
