Spring is in the air!

Just a quick post to share a few signs of spring with you. It sure has felt like a long winter. We have had a few really nice days recently, but today it’s back to cold and dreary. ;(

I took this photo with my phone this week. The sun was shining and the crocuses were smiling.

Yet another benefit of the living in the Midwest, cause these things don’t grow in the south. Heck, I didn’t even know what a Crocus was before I lived here. Blessings come from the places we least expect.

Spring is in the air

…And it’s a new season with GCD Studios! Horray!! I’m so very happy and honored to be back for another term at GCD Studios. I mean, come on, have you seen all the new designs? They are delicious and I can’t wait to bring you layouts that inspire you with these new lines.

I loved each of the challenges Heidi had for us last year and found every one of them so rewarding. I definitely love a good challenge. I can’t wait to see what she has in store for us, and for you, this year!

And on that note, I think it’s time for me to actually share the layout!! Heidi asked us to think spring. And the first thing that came to mind is our annual first bike ride of spring! It’s such a great way to spend a spring day!

I absolutely love the Fun House collection! While I know I have carnival and circus photos that will work fabulously with this collection, the fun color palette and designs can be used for so much more!
